Gentle Reset Juice
Ingredients:
200 ml sparkling water
1 tsp fresh grated ginger (or 1 ginger tea bag brewed then chilled)
½ tsp agave nectar
Ice
1 drop ZenGest™ essential oil
1 drop MetaPWR™ essential oil
Instructions: 1. In a cup, brew ginger in hot water for 2 minutes. If using a tea bag, brew for 3 minutes. 2. Chill the tea in the fridge for 10 minutes. 3. In a tumbler, add ice, essential oils, and agave. 4. Top with chilled ginger. Fill the rest with sparkling water, stir well.
